I started seeing Lia for reflexology over 2 years ago to help manage general inflammation, stress, anxiety, and other symptoms related to Lyme disease. She is extremely warm and welcoming and makes you feel at ease right away. I was new to reflexology and didn’t know what to expect. I found it extremely relaxing and wonderfully beneficial. Right from the first session I felt rejuvenated and revitalized like I got several good nights’ sleep. I suffer from nerve and joint pain and her treatments helped improve blood and lymph circulation and I felt a general sense of well-being after each treatment. I have had the honor of receiving all treatments from Lia over the past 2 years.
