Birthing our child(ren) imprints on us, no matter the outcome. We carry it with us every single day and can subconsciously impact our decisions. A traumatic birth or a birth that left you with more questions than answers, or left you feeling angry/ resentful/ irritable/ etc. towards it, deserves to be released. This session is for anyone who has given birth, the birthing person's partner, or anyone who has supported/ attended a birth. A session will heal 1 birth at a time, focusing on a single individual, and can last up to 3 hours. All materials needed for the birth healing session will be provided. Following the healing ceremony, you will receive Reiki to aid in clearing any residual energy surrounding your birth. Reiki is an energy healing technique that involves guiding the flow of healthy energy through gentle hand movements.
