I started seeing Lia for reflexology over 2 years ago to help manage general inflammation, stress, anxiety, and other symptoms related to Lyme disease. She is extremely warm and welcoming and makes you feel at ease right away. I was new to reflexology and didn’t know what to expect. I found it extremely relaxing and wonderfully beneficial.
